Milwaukee Bucks at Chicago Bulls Free NBA Picks
Written October 28, 2008 by Jay Todd

The Bucks and Bulls square off tonight to start the 2008-2009 season. Both teams are coming off years in which the under achieved and will look to get things back on track. The odds on this one show the Bulls as 6.5 point favorites over the Bucks with the total set at 194.
So often we see on opening night players come out and try to do too much. Look for that to be the theme tonight as neither team has a consistent, veteran player who can score at will. To say both of these teams are going to score close to or over 100 points is a joke.
Milwaukee has brought in a defensive coach after allowing over 100 points per game last year. Coach Scott Skiles will have the Bucks ready to make stops on defense.
These teams are way too inconsistent to cover this line. Both teams averaged less than 100 points on the year last season. With all the excitement of opening night and the pressure to start the new season, both teams will struggle to put the ball in the basket. Take the UNDER in this one as one of the free NBA picks on opening night from Jay Todd.
