Deposits: There are four main ways you can fund an account at BetOnline. You can use your Visa credit/debit card (note: for some reason they do not take Mastercard), but you will have to fill out some identity verification forms, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it will take you some extra time to fund your account. Once you are verified, transfers can be made instantly. You can also use a direct money transfer using a money transfer service, you just need to contact their customer support to find out which companies are accepted at any given time. You can also sent a cashier’s check via UPS, FedEx or any other overnight carrier, but be careful not to send a personal check as this will not be accepted. Delivery usually takes between 2-4 days to complete and funds will be added to your account at that time. For this option you will need to contact their customer service team and provide them with the tracking number for the delivery so they will be ready for it. Your fourth and final option for funding your BetOnline account is via wire transfer. This is a pretty easy process, however, if you’ve never done a wire transfer before, you will need to obtain all of your banks pertinent information before setting the wire up. BetOnline will gladly provide you with instructions of how to complete a wire with them if you contact their customer service staff. Wire fees are covered by BetOnline as long as you make a deposit of $300 or more.

Withdrawals: For the fastest payouts you’ll want to use BetOnline’s wire transfer options. You will be responsible for all wire fees for the payout, which vary depending on the amount, but you’ll have the funds in 12-36 hours. You can also request a check to be sent to your mailing address. This takes between 2 and 10 business days and there is a flat check fee of $50 per request. It’s unfortunate that BetOnline does not offer any free payout methods, but more and more you are finding that books will charge you to pull your money out of their site, basically so you are less likely to do it.

Bonuses & Promotions: BetOnline’s bonus program is different from any other sportsbook I’ve reviewed in that they will increase your bonus percentage based on the amount you make with your initial deposit. If you drop in between $100-$299.00 you’ll get a 10% free play bonus, for $300-$499.00 it’s 15%, if you deposit between $500-$999 they will give you a 25% cash bonus, for $1,000 to $2,000 members receive a 35% bonus, and any deposit over $2,000 will enjoy a 45% bonus. It’s great that this book rewards you for depositing with more money with them, so far this is the only online sportsbook I know that offers such a bonus to their members. Just be sure to check their rollover requirements so you know what to expect.

ThePig Sportsbook Review

Deposits: ThePig currently offers several deposit options, but it appears only a few of them are available to U.S. customers. At the time of this review, they currently accept only deposits via check or using a money transfer service similar to Western Union or MoneyGram. As long as you send a minimum of $200, the book will cover the fee, anything less and you will get hit with the processor fee. You will need to contact their online support to see which money transfer methods are available in your area. This makes it a bit more difficult to fund your account than at most books, but the main draw of ThePig is the standard -108 juice on all sports (where most books push a -110 standard with some choice reductions). If you live outside the U.S., you can use a credit or debit card to deposit, as well as popular payment processors like NETeller and Moneybookers.

Withdrawals: Payouts are available via money transfers, cashier’s checks, or regular checks. You’ll get one free payout each 30 days, but all additional requests will be subject to additional fees. As with deposits via money transfers, you will need to contact ThePig’s customer service team to find out what options are available as they may change daily. Payouts via checks can be requested online and take about 3 business days to arrive. The maximum you can request per check is $3,000. ThePig is working on getting more options for payouts as well as deposits for customers in the United States, but right now those customers are limited to money transfers or checks for their transactions.

Customer Service: ThePig has a basic FAQ that can answer any general questions you might have, and they offer live online chat help, as well as e-mail and telephone support.

Bonuses & Promotions: For starters, the -108 juice on all wagers is a great bonus to start with. It might not seem like a big deal, but the money you save will add up quickly. Other promotions for ThePig are pretty standard. There is a 10% sign up bonus on deposits over $200 and a flat 5% bonus on reload deposits of $200 or more. The real star of ThePig’s promotions, however, is the standard reduced juice.

Deposits: The most simple method to fund an account is by depositing with a credit card. They accept both Visa and MasterCard, and all funds deposited are available to wager withing minutes of the transaction. Their minimum deposit is $20 and they have limits of 5 deposits per day, $2,000 per day, and $6,000 per month, though you can request a limit increase by contacting their customer service via telephone. They also list a phone deposit option and a money transfer option, but both of these methods requiring calling their customer service line, and it’s unclear what the difference between these options are. If you are looking to deposit with your credit/debit card, this site will be a good fit for you, however, if you are looking to use a 3rd party payment processor like MoneyBookers or UseMyWallet, you will not find that option with SportsBetting.com.

Withdrawals: The quickest way to get your winnings from your SportsBetting.com account is to use a bank wire, but you’ll unfortunately still have to wait up to 7 days for the funds to appear in your account. SportsBetting.com will reimburse you for any fees (up to $50) you make receive from you bank, but only if you withdrawal $200 or more, and only on your first withdrawal of each month. Your other option to get paid is through a cashier’s check, where the book will simply send you a check for your funds. This method takes between 7 and 10 business days (regular mailing time), and you should note that they will not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Customer Service: SportsBetting.com offers toll-free phone support, live online chat support, as well as e-mail support, though I did find it a little more confusing to find the live chat than it should be. They have a pretty solid FAQ/Self-Help page, but your best option is probably going to be contacting them via telephone if you have any problems with your account.

Deposits: SportsInteraction currently offers three main deposit methods for their members. This includes probably the most popular method, using your Visa or Mastercard. There is no fee for deposits via credit/debit cards and the transaction is instantly credited to your sportsbook account, but keep in mind that there is a $20.00 minimum deposit limit. Your other options will take a little longer to appear in your account. Using a Bank Check/Money Order will take 3-5 days, while depositing funds with a wire transfer can take up to 2 days to clear (Note: At the time of this article, Wire Transfers are temporarily unavailable, though Sports Interaction has assured me that they will soon have this up and running again).

Withdrawals: There are also three main withdrawal methods with varying lengths of wait-time to receive your funds. The first, and most popular method is simply a certified check. Certified checks are easy to handle, but you will have to wait for the mail and delivery times are going to vary based on where you live. Bank wires take about 3 business days to hit your account, and SportsInteraction will cover up to one wire per month, but you will have to pay fees after that. The other downside to wires is that you’ll have to provide all of your bank information to the book, which can sometimes be a hassle. The third method is a withdrawals via eCheck. With this option you can have funds from your sportsbook account deposited directly to your bank account, but keep in mind that this can take up to seven days to process/appear in your account, and, just like the wire, you’ll need to provide your bank’s information to SportsInteraction.

Customer Service: SportsInteraction provides both a live chat and phone option for customer service, but you can find many of the answers you are looking for with their online FAQ, which we found to be one of the most helpful of any book we’ve reviewed.

Bonuses & Promotions: SportsInteraction currently matches the industry standard with a 10% bonus on you initial deposit. They also offer special promotions throughout the year, but this is the one aspect of the book I felt fell a little short of the competition.

WagerWeb Sportsbook Review

Deposits: WagerWeb has as many funding options as any sportsbook we’ve seen. They have the standard Visa/Mastercard option, which can be used at no fee. The one restriction is that there is a deposit limit of $250 until you provide them with proper documentation, which will take some time and effort to complete. If you are a lower-limit player, this probably won’t be a big deal for you, but if you are playing for higher stakes, this is a major drawback. You can also use some of the more popular payment processor accounts as well, including Click2Pay, I-Point, Moneybookers, MyCitadel, and Instadebit. WagerWeb also accepts bank wires for deposits, and will reimburse all wire if you deposit $500 or more, which is is nice touch. They will also take MoneyGram and Western Union, as well as a cashier’s check, and in those cases they will also reimburse any fees, as long as you meet that $500 minimum deposit limit. Wager Web also takes online checks via Citadel, which is a nice feature for those that want to deposit directly out of their checking accounts.

Withdrawals: What a lot of players are going to like about WagerWeb are their same-day withdrawal methods. Using Western Union or MoneyGram, players can request up to one free withdrawal every 30 days. It should be noted, however, that the payout limit per transaction is $500 for Western Union, and $1,000 for MoneyGram. Even with these lower limits, this is a great option for players that want to get paid quickly, and in cash, provided you have a Western Union or MoneyGram location nearby. If you need a larger payout, there are also options via wire or cashier’s check, which hold $5,000 and $3,000 daily limits, respectively.

Customer Service: Preferred methods of contacting customer service are via live online support or a toll free phone call. These services are available around the clock.

Bonuses & Promotions: One of the big draws for WagerWeb is their loyalty rewards system. They take care of thier players with chances to earn points for some excellent merchandise. This includes iPods, XBOX 360s, tickets to major sporting events, and even a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Their initial bonuses aren’t as high as some of the other books out there, but if you are planning on wagering for an extended amount of time, WagerWeb is a good choice because of their rewards program.

Sportsbook Reviews: JustBet

Deposits: JustBet gives you all kinds of options to fund your account. Most online books offer Visa and Mastercard deposits, and so does JustBet, but they also offer deposits via American Express, something most online books do not offer. You also have the option to fund your account using a Moneybookers or Click2Pay account, but you will need to set up and fund an account with one of those processors to be able to use them. If you are looking for a more discrete method to get money into your JustBet sportsbook account, you may use a person to person transfer, bank wire, or a cashier’s check as well, but you will need to contact the book’s customer support for instructions as they may change daily. No fees are listed for any of these transactions, but be careful if you use one a processor, bank wire, person to person transfer, or cashier’s check, because their could be additional fees associated with these payment types.

Withdrawals: This is where JustBet falls short of the competition. You must request your payouts via telephone, and only between 8am and 10pm PST. You can request one free payout of $300 or more via cashier’s check per month, but there is no timetable given for when you will receive these funds and there will be charges for subsequent withdrawals within the calendar month. If you want a bank wire, you’ll pay a $90 fee for the convenience. Moneybookers and Click2Pay withdrawals are free once per month, but you may incur fees on the other side of that transaction. There is also an ACH option, free once per month, but subsequent payouts will hit you with a $20 fee. Credit Card payouts will require you to send all kinds of identification and authorization, and these take 3 to 4 weeks to process, and that must come after a 30 day waiting period for credit card deposits to clear. All in all, JustBet fails when it comes to withdrawals. Their options are either overly complicated, or they hit you will fees that you simply wouldn’t get from other sportbooks.

Customer Service: There is a live customer service option, as well as an option to e-mail or call. E-mail requests are responded to within 24 hours, and while the live chat is nice, phone support is only available between 7am and 11pm PST on weekdays and 5am through 11pm PST on weekends.

Deposits: Players Only Sportsbook uses the most common payment methods for players to fund their accounts. Your first option is to use your credit/debit card. At this time they only accept Visa and Mastercard with a minimum deposit of $20.00. The other option you do have is a Cash Transfer. To use this deposit option you will need to get in touch with their customer support staff via their live chat, or toll free number. This is basically like a Western Union or MoneyGram, where you would send the cash directly to the book to fund your account. They do have a maximum daily deposit of $1,000 and a maximum monthly deposit of $6,000, though you can circumvent these limits if you use your credit card.

Withdrawals: Now for the fun part. Cashing out your winnings. You have the option to withdrawal your funds 24/7, but you’ll need to be aware of the different processing times for the each withdrawl method. Deposits: 5Dimes offers as many deposit/withdrawal methods of any sportsbook online today. If you have an account with a 3rd party payment processor, it is very likely that you will be able to deposit with 5Dimes. They accept Moneybookers, Click2Pay, and eWalletXpress, as well as NETeller (for non-U.S. customers only). If you do not have an account with one of these services, and do not want one, that’s ok, this book still offers a number of funding options for your sportsbook account. 5Dimes is one of the few books that does not accept Visa or Mastercard deposits, but never fear, odds are that you will be satisfied with one of their other methods. All of your options to deposit are free, including electronic checks, wire transfers, or check via courier, and you also have the option to send cash via a services similar to Western Union or MoneyGram, you’ll just need to contact their live help line or online chat help for details on how to send cash to 5Dimes. Their minimum deposit is $50. It is a little bit disappointing that you can’t use a credit or debit card to fund your account, but there are enough options here to satisfy most serious bettors.

Withdrawals: You basically have the same options for cashing out with this book as you do for depositing, but there is a catch, 5Dimes charges a fee for almost any withdrawal you make from the book.
