Boston Celtics at Houston Rockets NBA Odds
Written November 4, 2008 by Jay Todd

Boston will look to go on the road and give the Rockets their first loss of the season. The Celtics are coming off a terrible outing against Indiana in which they scored only 79 points. Look for this experienced team to be focused and ready to rise to the occasion against the 3-0 Rockets. Houston is a 2.5-point favorite with a total set at 178.
Boston is the most balanced team in all of the NBA, as they have six players scoring in double figures. Paul Pierce has led the way so far as he is averaging 18 points per game. Kevin Garnett has been just as big averaging over 15 points and grabbing more than ten rebounds per game. Look for these two to have huge nights against Houston.
These are two equal teams and it will be a well played game. Do not be surprised if this is the NBA Finals match up. Boston is coming off a bad loss in which they played poorly. Look for them to be focused and ready to step up and play well in this big game. Jay Todd is offering his free NBA picks for tonight on this game and he recommends a play on Boston +2 over Houston.
