College Bowl Betting Line Moves

The end of the college football betting season is drawing near and some say is reaching the prime of the season as the bowl games are about to start. With Saturday’s action leading all the way through January 8th, 2009 and the BCS Championship game between Florida and Oklahoma.
Even though the bowl season starts out with smaller games and teams that didn’t play as well this year, you will still see a massive amount of betting on these games. If you want to get in on the action then take a look at how the college football odds have changed on these games from their opening numbers.
Navy vs Wake Forest: These two teams square off in the Eagle Bank Bowl on Saturday, December 20th and the smart money has come in on Navy. Even though the Midshipmen opened as 3.5 point underdogs the books moved it past a key number to +2.5. Take a look at Navy for this game.
Fresno State vs Colorado State: This matchup will take place in the New Mexico Bowl on Saturday, December 20th. Fresno State started as a four point favorite but the sharps are siding with Colorado State, moving the number past three all the way down to 2.5. You might want to take a look at the Rams in this game.
TCU vs Boise State: The Poinsettia Bowl is the setting for this game being played on Tuesday, December 23rd. The money is coming in on Boise State early as the game started as a pick em but has quickly moved towards Boise State being favored by 2.5 points.
Notre Dame vs Hawaii: Surprise, Hawaii is playing in the Hawaii Bowl on Wednesday, December 24th. The Warriors may be playing on their home turf in front of the home crowd but that hasn’t stopped bettors from taking the Irish. Hawaii was the early favorite but the action has swung the odds to Notre Dame -1.
West Virginia vs North Carolina: The last game we are going to look at is the Meineke Care Bowl being played on Saturday, December 27. The Tar Heels started off as a one point favorite with the opening line, but the public is tailing the Mountaineers, making the Tar Heels a one point underdog now.
