College Football Bowl Odds & Betting Lines

The college football bowl season kicks off on December 20th this year with four games. The EagleBank Bowl features Wake Forest as a 3 point favorite over the Navy Midshipmen, the Las Vegas Bowl has Arizona -3 against BYU, and the St. Petersburg Bowl pits South Florida as 13 point favorites versus Memphis.
Just one bowl game scheduled for December 21st and that is the New Orleans Bowl. The year the game will be between the Troy Trojans and the Southern Miss Golden Eagles. Troy comes into the game favored by 4 points.
The Poinsettia Bowl features an excellent match up between Boise State and TCU on December 23rd. TCU is favored by 2 points over the Broncos.
This season’s Hawaii Bowl, held on December 24th, has home town favorite, Hawaii as 1.5 point favorites over the visiting Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
For the day after Christmas (Dec. 26th) we’ll get our football fix in the form of the Motor City Bowl with Central Michigan -7 over Florida Atlantic.
On December 27th we have a trio of bowl games with the Emerald Bowl featuring Cal favored by 7 over Miami, the Champs Sports Bowl with Florida State as 5 point favorites over Wisconsin, and the Meineke Car Car Bowl which has North Carolina -1 against West Virginia.
The Independence Bowl will be held on December 28th with Northern Illinois battling Louisiana Tech as 2 point favorites.
The Alamo Bowl and the Papajohns.com Bowl will both be on December 29th. The Alamo features Missouri as 13.5 point favorites over Northwestern, while the Papajohns.com Bowl has Rutgers -7 versus NC State.
We’ll get three bowls on December 30th. The Holiday bowl pits Oregon against Oklahoma State -3. With the Texas Bowl we get Rice as 3 point favorites over Western Michigan. And we also have the Humanitarian Bowl which has Nevada favored by 1 point over Maryland.
New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31st) also has three college football bowls to enjoy. The Chick-fil-A Bowl has Georgia Tech favored by 4 points over LSU, the Insight Bowl features Kansas -10 against Minnesota, and the Music City Bowl will be Boston College as 3.5 point favorites over Vanderbilt.
Things pick up on New Year’s Day (Jan. 1st) as we ring in 2009 with four great games. The Rose Bowl pits USC -10 against Penn State, the Orange Bowl has Big East Champion Cincinnati as a 2 point favorite over ACC Champ, Virginia Tech, the Gator bowl has Clemson -2 against Nebraska, and, last but not least, the Outback Bowl features the Iowa Hawkeyes as 3.5 point favorites over the South Carolina Gamecocks.
January 2nd has the Sugar Bowl and Alabama favored by 10 points over undefeated Utah, the Liberty Bowl with East Carolina -2 versus Kentucky, and the Cotton Bowl, which pits Texas Tech against Ole Miss with the Red Raiders favored by 5.5 points.
Connecticut will play Buffalo in the International Bowl on January 3rd. UConn is favored by 4 over the Bulls from Buffalo.
In the last BCS Bowl game before the Championship Game, Texas plays Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl with the Longhorns favored by 9.5 over the Buckeyes.
January 6th’s GMAC Bowl will feature Ball State as 2.5 point favorites against Tulsa.
It all leads up to January 8th and the BCS National Championship Game with the Florida Gators -3.5 against the Oklahoma Sooners.
