The fourth ranked Iowa Hawkeyes host their nemesis the Northwestern Wildcats in Iowa City Saturday. Northwestern has won three out of the last four match-ups between these two and will need a healthy Mike Kafka running the show if they want to pull the upset. The Hawkeyes are a 16.5 point favorite with a total set at 45.

Arkansas’s explosive offense will go up against South Carolina’s stingy defense in a key SEC battle for bowl positioning. The Razorbacks have lost some close battles to good teams this year as they had Florida on the ropes in the Swamp. Spurrier’s squad is 6-3, but were blown out of the water by Tennessee last weekend and need to bounce back. The Gamecocks are getting 7 points on the road with an o/u of 54.5

The Navy Midshipmen will take their triple option attack to South Bend and take on the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame. Irish QB Jimmy Clausen needs to keep putting up big numbers to at least earn an invite to the Heisman presentation. Navy gave Ohio State all they wanted in the first game of the year and are capable of pulling the upset. Our college football betting lines show that Notre Dame is giving 11 points with a total set for 55.5

Nick Saban will face his old team for the third time when the LSU Tigers roll into town against his Alabama Crimson Tide. This could be the last spot Bama’ has a chance to slip up before the SEC Championship game. The winner of this match-up has the inside track to winning their division and facing Florida in Atlanta. Alabama is a 7.5 point favorite with an NFL like 38 points set as the total.

Boomer Sooner will travel to Husker land as Oklahoma will make the trip up North to face Nebraska. The Sooners have had a tumultuous season without Sam Bradford and are pretty much playing for pride now. Nebraska has been a mess since Tom Osborne left the program and continues to disappoint their fans. Oklahoma is a 5.5 point favorite with the o/u at 41.5

One teams Rose Bowl chances will be dashed when Ohio State and Penn State clash in Happy Valley. If the Buckeyes pull off the upset, they control their own destiny to Pasadena. Penn State will need to win and need a lot of help if they are going to get the BCS bowl bid as they lose a tiebreaker to Iowa. The Nittany Lions are a 4 point favorite and the total is 40

Oregon State at Cal is one of the more intriguing games of the weekend if you like to watching explosive running backs. Jacquizz Rodgers and Jahvid Best are game breakers in the backfield. While both teams are predicated on the run, they have capable quarterbacks who can hit you for big plays in the passing game also. Oregon State is a 7 point dog with the total set very high at 62

Arguably the hottest team in the nation, the Oregon Ducks have to avoid a letdown at Stanford after their huge win at home against USC. The quack attack are dominating the opposition since opening the year with a loss, but Stanford is no joke at home. Their freshman QB Andrew Luck is going to be one of the best in the Pac 10 for the near future. The Cardinal are getting a suspicious 6.5 points with a total set at 56
