College Football Odds – Week 12

A lot of people are looking forward to next week’s college football match ups already, especially with the big Texas Tech/Oklahoma showdown looming. Let’s not forget about this week, though! There’s still plenty of great college football betting action to look forward to!
Saturday Minnesota travels to Wisconsin as 13.5 point underdogs. Minnesota has struggled on the road, but this has been a disastrous year for a Wisconsin team that started the year in the top 25.
Miami hosts Virginia Tech and the Hurricanes are 4.5 point favorites. Has Miami finally gotten their program back together?
There’s a big game in Kansas as the Jayhawks face the Texas Longhorns. This is a dangerous spot for Texas because Kansas has nothing to lose. The Longhorns are 13 point faves on the road.
Ohio State proved last week at Northwestern that they don’t have a problem traveling to other Big 10 schools this year. Will it be more of the same at Illinois? The Buckeyes are currently favored by 9.5 points.
The Fighting Irish head to Navy this week as 3.5 point favorites. Whispers about Charlie Weiss being on the hot seat are getting louder and louder.
Kentucky hosts Vanderbilt in SEC action as 4 point favorites. Which Vandy team shows up? The one that lost to Duke at home, or the team that beat both South Carolina and Auburn this year?
The Clemson Tigers started the season ranked much higher than they should have been. They’ve improved since the first few weeks, but still haven’t been able to pick up many wins. This week they are 10.5 favorites at home against Duke.
Cal at Oregon State is one of the best games going this Saturday. The home town Beavers are currently 3 point favorites.
You probably shouldn’t expect Stanford to upset USC this week. The Trojans are favored by 23 in the game and I’m sure Pete Carroll love to pound the Cardinal at Stanford to help ease the pain of a past game lost.
Georgia at Auburn sounded like an epic SEC match up at the beginning of the season. Georgia’s been tough, it’s just too bad Auburn didn’t hold up their end of the bargain. Now the Tigers are 9 point underdogs at home.
Saturday the #1 ranked Alabama Crimson Tide face Mississippi State. Oddsmakers aren’t expecting Mississippi State to put up much of a fight in Alabama, though, the Tide are 20.5 point favorites.
Cincinnati has a big game against Louisville this week as a win will help them pass or keep pace with Pitt in the Big East hunt. The Bearcats are on the road, but are 3.5 point favorites at Louisville.
Florida State has been thumping opponents lately, but they run into a Boston College team that’s ready to thump back. The Seminoles are the favorites at home, though, by 6.5 points.
