College Football Picks: Week 3

week-3-college-football-picks-091909 Cal just has too much offense for Minnesota. The college football odds show the Bears favored by 13.5, but they should win this one by 3 TDs. Pick: Cal -13.5

Temple is no match for Penn State. The Nittany Lions are hammering opponents, and are only getting better week after week. Huge spread, but the Lions cover. Pick: Penn State -29.5

In one of the biggest match ups of the day, the Florida Gators host the Tennessee Vols. The Gators have the better football team, but you can’t pass up on the points. Pick: Tennessee +29.5

Cincinnati will either emerge as one of the most underrated teams in the nation, or they just might drop out of the national standings against Oregon State this week. I’ll bet on the former. Pick: Cincinnati -1

This Navy/Pitt game is flying a bit under the radar, but it should be a good match up. Any time Navy is getting more than a touchdown, they are a good bet, simply because they control the ball and the clock so well. Navy +7.5
