    Default Seraf9 - mlb picks

From now on I will use 0ne (1) thread a month to post all my picks instead of individual threads each day, it makes it easier to keep track of the picks.

I will also get rid of the bonus part and just make 3-6 picks a day that will include mone-lines, run-lines, over/unders, and underdogs.

I hope the people will like this idea if you don't please let me know and I will go back to the old format, Thanks for your visits and your comments.

Since I started posting here this is my record:

Regular picks 13-7 or 65% for 3.41 Units
Bonus Picks + Underdogs 7-7 or 50% for -0.32 Units

Total = 20-14 or 59% for +3.09 Units, this is what I will keep as my record

But thats enought talk for today...

    Picks for 04/23/09

    Cleveland -115
    Phllys -162
    Cardinals -129
    Dogers -130
    Toronto +100

These are my picks for now, depending on the results from the early games I will post more picks. Also I like Detroit but the line is not up.

    GOOD LUCK AND STAY TUNNED

Good Work Seraf! Since you are usually the first to post I hope you don't mind me posting here to. When to many people start threads for one day it makes it confusing. I went 2-3 yesterday with my posted picks and am 14-8 for a total. I went to bed with the Angels ahead comfortably but when I woke up boy was I surprised. I really like the Phillies pick SERAF I think taking Cole Hamels here is a smart play. He was much better last time out and the Phillies need a productive start. I like another very wise person am behind the White Sox today. I have been beat up this year going against the Orioles but they have Adam Eaton going today and I wouldnt be surprised if he is released after today. He is going to get shelled, I mean there is a reason he wasnt on a roster to start the year. I am backing the Cubs again today. They really couldnt muster anything on offense yesterday but I think they bounce back behind Zambrano who hasnt been lights out yet but has not lost. The Cubs just seem to hit better when he pitches plus he is a productive hitter as well.

I'm going with the Astros instead of the Dodgers tonight, personally. Billingsley rocks but Wandy Rodriguez is almost unbeatable at Minute Maid...

PLEASE (SHOOT) ME, I SAID ON SOMEONE'S THREAD DON'T TAKE TEAMS FAVORED BY MORE THAT -150, IT'S BETTER TO TAKE THE UNDERDOG OR THE RUN-LINE... AND THEN I GO AND PICK THE PHLLYS @ -162 INSTEAD OF TAKING THE BREW-CREW OR NOT EVEN TAKING ANYONE PLEASE LEARN FROM ME .

WELL ONE GAME IS FINAL AS THE CARDINALS WIN AGAIN

    FOR TONIGHT TAKE:

    WHITE SOX @ -120
    DETROIT @ -140

I LIKE THESE TWO TO WIN BY MORE THAN 1 RUN THEREFORE PLACE A SMALL BET ON THE RUN-LINE.

Nice work on the Cards and Indians, but the Phillies just continue to disappoint. Still a 2-1 start gives you a nice cushion for tonight. I almost played the Toronto game myself.

I feel your pain here Pitter!

I'm with you on the White Sox, so let's cash that one. I hope the Cubs can make a little comeback for you as well.
