I see alot of people on Fresno because of the way the hung with the Badgers. I'm not buying it. I think you have a winner with Boise St. They will continue to roll through the rest of the season.

Yeah, I dunno. If I bet the game, I'll take Fresno and the points (regardless of my Badgers' fan status). They look good at home and this is a good conference matchup.

    Firm disagreement here from me.

As I have written in a new thread, I prefer Fresno (+8), although a lot of that preference allows for a narrow loss which would allow your 'teaser' to survive.

However, I also think the 'Over' element is strongly suspect at the component odds you are effectively laying. Given that Fresno are likely to keep it on the ground a lot the clock will be rolling. If Fresno are successful, they will eat up large chunks of time with long drives that may yield only field goals. If they are unsuccessful, then Boise will have to do all the scoring for you on their own (in a situation that may be analogous to last night's game where Georgia Tech's run-based incompetence contributed strongly to the Under occuring).

I would have thought a teaser of Fresno (+13.5 or 14) plus UNDER 59.5 (or thereabouts) would make much more sense. If you think Boise will light it up then best play the point-spread. If you don't think Boise will score big then don't play any type of Over.

I don't quite see where your 'win' is here...

Thanks for you comments, but I believe Boise St. is by far the better team here. I have seen the score predictions favored Boise by as many as 18 points. If Boise puts up as they should, that will force Fresno St. to throw the ball and score quicker, if they don't score, then Boise will do it for them. I am not sure Boise won't cover the over themselves. Boise scores and scores fast. Both these teams are prone to giving up "the big play" and if Fresno can manage a couple of touchtowns the over will hit easily.

End of the 3rd quarter and Its 34-27. The over has already hit but the line is looking questionable. Like is said Boise might hit the over by themselves.
