TheFade's Takes on NC State/Florida State

It's tough not to look at this game and want to jump all over Florida State. The Seminoles are putting up 39.6 points per game while only allowing 15.8. NC State on the other hand is scoring only 19 points per game while giving up 31.3. However, the Seminoles have only taken the road once this year and it was in their last game two weeks ago against Miami. They got off to a hot start but then their QB play was shaky. NC State is garbage, don't get me wrong, but they are playing at home on a Thursday night. This normally means you show up with a little pride being taken in your performance. I really don't think Florida State is all that great either, so I'll take the points.

I'm also going with the UNDER, mostly because it's set at 47.5 and if you look at recent performances both teams have been putting up and giving up 30+. That bye week practice time had to be spent on the defensive side of the ball didn't it?

Fade, I think you should have went with your gut on this one! This looks like a classic home-dog bait game to me. Thursday Night Football at home +11? Sounds too tempting to me. I'll take FSU to win 35-17. :001_005:
