Who is the absolute best team in NCAAB?

By this I don't mean the team that should be shortest odds for the championship, or whose average performance is best, but whose best performance is best; i.e. who would win if all teams were playing to their utmost?

My bet is UNC, by some margin, although I see them as very vulnerable and fragile to an underperformance in real tournament situations.

Furthermore, who is the best-worst team? By this I mean who would end up triumphing if every team was to play their worst (reasonable) standard?

That tough to say , but here's my abc's

(a) 'i' believe the oddsmakers will favor north carolina over any team in the tournament.

(b) when it comes down to athleticism and skill i think memphis has a close nod over louisville.

(c) when it comes to coaching i think coach k at duke is the best ... especialy off of time outs .
