I was wondering if you could post these polls individualy rather than as a multiple choice poll ?
My reasoning is b/c i voted for notre dame on the above poll , i didnt vote on the other 2 games b/c i dont " currently " have an oppinion on them and i didnt want to askew the poll by making a random guess. .. Prior to my voting there were 2 votes each for n.d , st. marys , and richmond for 100% , but after i voted for only 1 game it changed the % of the other 2 to 66.67% even though the vote tally is 2-0 or 100% , thats not necessarily a problem as long as you check the vote tally against the percentages , but the problem is , if i form an oppinion later on one of the other games it wont let me vote b/c ive already voted.
So i think it would be better if each poll was seperate rather than multiple choice .... otherwise i'll just wait until late afternoon to vote.
Murdoch - I only voted on two games. It's not a radio button, where you would have to choose one or the other, so I think you can jsut check the games you like.
Correct me if I'm wrong Adrian, or if what I did altered the results in an undesirable way.
it still tells me ive already voted and just gives the results ! .. its not a big deal b/c the vote tally's are correct its just the % thats off .... but once you vote you cant vote again so i'll just wait a little later in the day to vote next time .
I think voting later when you have a full slate is probably the best thing. As you say one can just check the numbers and one doesn't have to make selections in all the games so it is not too much of a problem the way it skews the displayed percentages.
One problem with an individual poll for all the games is that it creates many posts (and takes some time to do). I started it this way but some felt there were too many posts and asked me to fit more than one game per post.
There isn't really an ideal solution, I'm afraid, but I hope you will continue participating.
