    Default Tuesday's CBB Pick

    After looking at all the games, I only see one I'm confident in. I'm pretty confident on it and will be playing it heavily.

    East Carolina +8.5 @ Southern Miss

    8.5 is way too many points for this game, in fact, I think there's a good chance ECU wins this game outright. East Carolina won the matchup at home two weeks ago. Looking at common games, when both played at Rice, ECU lost by 6, Southern Miss by 16. In conference ATS, ECU is 2-3 away, yes, that's bad, but even worse is So. Miss's ATS at home of 1-4 in conference.

    I'll take the +8.5 in a heartbeat, and like their chances of pulling the outright upset.

    Yes, that game was a rollercoaster. Down by 5, 3 mins later, down by 15, then back down by 5, then with 1 min left down by 16, then down by 10 with 30 secs left. Somehow there was no fouls or anything the last 30 secs, no clue why. I felt empty inside.
