This is a case of one team just being better in almost every aspect of the game. Pitt is better on defense, better on offense, better at rebounding, better at creating turnovers, and has better players coming off of the bench that West Virginia. There have been some big teams with letdowns throughout the conference tournament already, but Pitt won't be one of them. They are one of the most complete and consistent teams in the nation and they will win this game handily.

Florida -3.5

Auburn comes into the SEC tournament red-hot winning their last 4 games in a row and 8 of their last 10 overall. With the SEC having what many consider to be a "down" year, Auburn has collected more than their fair share of praise for their hot finish. The fact of the matter is that Florida, despite having a 23-9 season, has flown well under the radar this season. The Gators are on the bubble right now as far as their tournament hopes are concerned, while Auburn will need to win the SEC tournament to have any shot at March Madness. This is significant for my pick on Florida, because all too often during the conference tournaments have the better teams lost because they were playing a team desperate to win for a shot at the tournament. This won't be the case for the Florida, who is also fighting for their tournament life.

Looking over the season's results these are two teams that look very evenly matched, but on a neutral court I like the Utes to pull out the victory. I have Utah as having a better offense, better points off of the bench, better rebounders, and better free throw shooters. Those factors should be more than enough to get Utah the win over San Diego State tonight.
