However, don't write that I'm stealing picks from other handicappers. It is in NO WAY TRUE, and there is absolutely NO WAY you can back that statement up. That's libel (the written communication of a false statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government or nation a negative image.)

You can post all you want about disagreeing with me and that you think my picks suck, but don't lie and don't use profanity or you are going to get banned.
