MLB Free Pick for Thursday

So I know I’ve had this disclaimer about the free picks being the weakest plays and that I don’t play them, but I really put 1% of my bankroll on these games in comparison to 3-4% on the regular and BEST BETS. I just don’t want people getting ridiculous on the free picks when they aren’t intended to be the highest percentage of winners that I offer.

Jack’s MLB Free Pick for Thursday: Seattle Mariners +112

The Mariners have owned the A’s, going 13-5 against Oakland this season including 7-1 at home. As an underdog Thursday, we are getting great value with Seattle at home. Doug Fister has faced the A’s once this season, giving up 1 earned run in 5 solid innings. Fister has posted a 1.220 WHIP at home this season, allowing just 28 hits and 9 walks in 30.3 innings of work. Oakland is 0-10 against the money line in road games when playing against a marginal winning team (Win Pct. 51% to 54%) in the second half of the season over the last 2 seasons. Seattle is 14-5 against the money line after allowing one run or less in a win over a division rival over the last 3 seasons. They shut out the A’s 7-0 last night and Fister has what it takes to keep them off the scoreboard again Thursday. Take Seattle.
