25* No Doubt Rout wins on Thursday! I did drop two plays in college hoops, but I’m happy with the big winner on the Magic over the Cavs. For Friday there isn’t a lot going on in college basketball, so I’m focusing on the NBA. Tonight I two plays on the premium side, both in the pros. My best bet of the day is a 20* NBA play and I’ve just added a 15* play to tonight’s card as well. Grab my package now at the Jack Jones home page or take a look at some of the NCAA basketball picks & NBA picks being released by our other top handicappers.

Take Indiana Pacers -3 over Miami Heat at BetUS
I’ll take the Pacers, who are 4-0 straight up against the Heat in the last 4 meetings between these two team in Indiana. The Pacers are on a 4-0 ATS run as a favorite and they’ve won 5-0 straight against the number on their home court. Indy has won 5 of their last 6 against the spread against Eastern Conference opponents, and they are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 overall. I’m jumping on them, hopefully before they start to cool off. The Heat, on the other hand, are just 3-7-2 after a win of 10+ points, and they are just 13-31-3 ATS after a win in their past 47 contests. Give the points for the home team tonight.
Take Marist +6.5 over Fairfield at Bookmaker
Marist has 4 straight ATS wins at Fairfield and they’ve managed to cover the spread in 7 of the last 9 meetings overall. Neither team has played all that well this season, but the Stags have been particularly bad at home, not at winning (6-2 this year), but at covering the spread (1-5 ATS at home). Marist has a pretty significant advantage at shooting the three-point ball, and that could be the difference between a win and a loss for them tonight. Either way, these are two teams that are evenly matched and there is no way that Fairfield’s home court advantage is 6-7 points, it’s more like 3, if that.

Got something to say?

Jack I have learned the hard not to doubt you often so I will follow your freebies when you issue. For tonights games I dont know the status of (Miami) Granger & Marion so will follow you and not sure of status on (Fairfield) Nero but will follow you again. Thanks for your help and info. Best of Luck

John,
Thank you for your comment. Miami/Indy is a game that I feel like if the Heat were healthy, they would probably be favored. Since that is not the case, I’m on the Pacers.
Good luck tonight!

It is hard to tell the outcome of the Pacers. Miami is playing well this season. Miami (25-19), and Pacers(18-28). Pacers has the worst defense this season. They allow other teams to score over 100. Danny Granger (sore knee) can reduce his ability to score about 16 points. Maybe he will score 8pts tonight. I would wait until halftime and bet miami or pacers depending on the spread. Maybe I will also bet under depending on how they preform the first and 2nd quarter.

Cun,
That is a bold prediction on Granger. I think he’ll be just fine and score around 20. Miami is a little banged-up as well. Anyway, I wish we could both win on this one. Good luck!

finally a smart man takes the pacers, everybody is believing the heat is the team to rise in the east, truth is they’re still undersized and undermanned and right now indi is playing great ball at home, granger will be fine and i see them pulling this one out in decent fashion, also love the marist pick, researched it a bit and seems solid, hope i’ve written sufficient info for your premiums tonight jack, they’re solid!
Thanks buddy
