So I know I’ve had this disclaimer about the free picks being the weakest plays and that I don’t play them, but I really put 1% of my bankroll on these games in comparison to 3-4% on the regular and BEST BETS. I just don’t want people getting ridiculous on the free picks when they aren’t intended to be the highest percentage of winners that I offer. Where do I find these lines? Utah Jazz -9 over Phoenix Suns at BetUS
Utah is looking to avenge a four point loss earlier in the week when they host the Suns today. The Jazz are on a 13 game home winning streak in which they are giving up under 91 ppg and opponents have reached the century mark just once, and that was the LA Lakers. The Suns had been playing pretty well, winning six in a row, before getting blown out by Portland the other night. Utah has been off since their loss against Phoenix, but you can bet they have a game plan that doesn’t call for them to get beat so badly on the break like they did down in Phoenix. Jazz get their revenge and a double digit win tonight.

I haven’t been too crazy about these free picks lately but this one strikes me as a great play. Suns are struggling!

I remember the last Utah/Phoenix game well. I had Utah (+3.5). Utah should have handily won that game had Williams been just a tad less smug in the last two minutes, gone to the hole, get fouled and make his free throws. But no, Utah had to live up to their road reputation and lose the game. The beauty of Jerry Sloan is his ability to make sure his team doesn’t make mistakes like that twice in a row. Now that they’re at home there will be none of those ‘road’ issues to encumber a win/cover tonight. Look for a lock-down fourth qtr by the Jazz to insure their backers some cash at the end of the evening.

I was on the Jazz last time too and felt burnt. Williams did make a couple of clutch 3’s in the fourth though.

I thought the Jayhawks looked great early on. I was thinking about how after the game I needed to look on their odds to win it all. That was probably the kiss of death I laid on them.

Dont think I can tail on this one,esp with Utah havind the big lead at HT only to lose it at the end.
utah is giving those points because of Portland beating up on them after the Suns went to play Portland after their comeback win over Utah the next day,Im thinking maybe a FH bet on Utah,any thoughts??

I like first half bets on big spreads in college even more than the NBA. I stick to full game spreads for the most part in the pros.

I’m a little concerned about the 9–wish I had got it when it opened lower. I’ll try it, but I think the BIG blowout will be Houston over what’s left of the Clippers.

well i agree with the revenge factor especially since the jazz=$$$$ at home but lets not forget the suns just beat them earlier in the week. two teams with each others style of play fresh on the brain usually makes for a close game. cant bet against utah at home but i think 9 points is a bit much to lay in this matchup. probably a no play for me unless somebody(vegas\refs) knows something that we dont!

I feel like some people would think that this number is too big, but the Jazz are just so good at home. Phoenix is unpredictable but you know that Utah will bring it tonight. I like the pick.
