Jack’s Free Sports Picks: 6/23
Written June 23, 2009 by Jack Jones
Back on Tuesday with 4 premium MLB plays after passing on last night’s card. Tonight’s biggest play is a 20* Over/Under going at 7:05 PM EST! I’ll be the first to admit that the free plays have been on a cold streak, but I’m still on a 75-59 run in bases this season for +1,731 units (which includes the record for the free plays). You can get just the 20* play for tonight, or pick up a one day, three day, or seven day subscription and get every play released for the night, the next three days, or the entire week! Grab my package now at the Jack Jones home page or take a look at some of the baseball picks being released by our other top handicappers.
Free Premium Picks: I’m going to take a little break from the comment for a free pick offer. Instead I’m going to release one of my premium picks as the free pick over the next couple of days. The comment offer will be back shortly! You are still more than welcome to comment on today’s pick, I appreciate the feedback.
Free Pick for Tuesday
So I know I’ve had this disclaimer about the free picks being the weakest plays and that I don’t play them, but I really put 1% of my bankroll on these games in comparison to 3-4% on the regular and BEST BETS. I just don’t want people getting ridiculous on the free picks when they aren’t intended to be the highest percentage of winners that I offer.
You can find more great winners every day by visiting our sports betting forum. Handicapper Steve Janus won the college football title here at the site, and he’s giving away all of his baseball plays for FREE in the forum.
15* on Red Sox/Nationals UNDER 9 (-110) at Sportsbook.com
The Under is almost always a good play when John Lannan is pitching for the Nationals. In 14 starts this season, 11 have stayed under the total. Lannan carries a 3.38 ERA into tonight’s game, but he has a 1.72 ERA in Washington this season and a 1.16 ERA over his last 3 starts. Brad Penny hasn’t had as much luck with the under in his starts (6 of 12), but he has pitched well over his last three games, earning a 2.70 ERA (all three stayed under the total) and throwing in two straight games without allowing an earned run. Stick with the under in tonight’s game.
CBB: 51-36
NBA: 26-38
NHL: 4-0 (+665)
CFB: 3-1
NFL: 4-1
MLB: 25-34 (-1283)
I also post my free picks on Twitter so if you follow me there it may be easier to get the picks if you are away from your computer and stop by every day for more free baseball picks from top handicappers.

Jack, I just got home and saw where you have the Boston game OVER, Well I had it OVER also and I wish I would have gotten home before the game started. Everytime we are on the same BET it wins MOST of the time. It’s like 8-1 now when we are on the same wager.
BOL Jack

See my comments. I told you people.
Another loser for this guy.
Put your finger up your nose, you have a better chance of picking a winner than this bozo.
Jack call it quits!

You don’t remember when Jack picked about 10 winners in a row do you??? I did not hear you calling him a bozo then. I love these keyboard tough guys, I bet you wouldn’t get in someones face and call them a bozo so why do it NOW???? Does that make you feel good???

Hey QuickNick. Your hero lost again last night on his Phillies selection (Tampa wins).
I guess you have nothing to say now.
I challenged you, you lost. Give up your house, my dog needs a nap.
Learn to spell too, dummy!
