Jack’s Free Sports Picks: 6/9

Written June 9, 2009 by Jack Jones

phillies-metsRough day in bases yesterday as Pitt lost in extra innings and Arizona blew yet another lead for us.  Time to bounce back as we are still way on top of the MLB leaderboards.  All I have for Tuesday is one play and it’s the 20* MLB No-Brainer.  I’ve cashed 7 of 10 with MLB BEST BETS and this one should fall into the easy W category tonight.  Grab my package now at the Jack Jones home page or take a look at some of the baseball picks & NBA picks being released by our other top handicappers.

Free Premium Picks: I’m going to take a little break from the comment for a free pick offer. Instead I’m going to release one of my premium picks as the free pick over the next couple of days. The comment offer will be back shortly! You are still more than welcome to comment on today’s pick, I appreciate the feedback.

Free Pick for Tuesday

So I know I’ve had this disclaimer about the free picks being the weakest plays and that I don’t play them, but I really put 1% of my bankroll on these games in comparison to 3-4% on the regular and BEST BETS. I just don’t want people getting ridiculous on the free picks when they aren’t intended to be the highest percentage of winners that I offer.

You can find more great winners every day by visiting our sports betting forum. Handicapper Steve Janus won the college football title here at the site, and he’s giving away all of his baseball plays for FREE in the forum.

Free Pick: Philadelphia Phillies +145 over New York Mets at Sportsbook.com

The Mets offense has scored just 3.7 runs per game on .244 hitting over their last seven games and will be taking on a Phillies team that scores 6.1 runs per game on the road and 5.8 runs per game against left-handed pitching.  JA Happ’s move to the rotation has been a smooth one as he has given up just 5 runs in 18.3 innings as a starter.  Johan has been dominant this year, but he’s given up 9 runs in his last 19 innings and his last two games were against Pittsburgh and Washington, not exactly offensive power houses.  This is a value play since catching this number with the Phillies is a solid play right now.

CBB: 51-36
NBA: 26-38
NHL: 4-0 (+665)
CFB: 3-1
NFL: 4-1
MLB: 22-27 (-833)

I also post my free picks on Twitter so if you follow me there it may be easier to get the picks if you are away from your computer and stop by every day for more free baseball picks from top handicappers.

You seem to always have a ‘rough day,’ everyday. Maybe you ought to offer a 2 or 3 day straight premium pick for free to win back some believers.

There is alot of competitition out there.

You are right, lots of rough days go into being no. 1 on the MLB leaderboard: http://www.betfirms.com/sportscapping.php?leaderboard/leg,mlb/afc,AF2_2

If that isn’t good enough for you, there is a lot of competing handicappers who buy my picks just to release them to their own clients. Hopefully you at least sign up for one of them.

I didn’t mean to upset you. I was just pointing out that you say the same excuse of, “…another bad day around the bases” everyday of late.

Since I wrote that I was disappointed in your performance, you have lost again (Phillies).

Don’t get so mad. Life is good.

I agree with this pick as well. Happ has green great on the mound. I think the phillies will get it done tonight.

    Hi

Maybe Jack have a bad streak …. but that what happends in all gambling (if you have played poker sometimes you really know what a bad streak is)

I’m glad that someone take time to give away free tipps

I promise that Jack and other handicapers do there best to take out good tipps..(they live and have lived many years on sportbetting)

And I supose that they pick out better then most of us (othervise hadnt we complain about his tipps :) )
    best regrads Mikke

All these guys are not worth the money. I am 10 times better at picking games than they are. I am up 45 units this year. Stop wasting money on these guys and study it yourself.

If you are so good to pick out winners Why you looking at the free picks then?

Or why not sell your picks, do the same that this handicapers do

One little not: 45 Units up looks little…but thats + (myabe thats high, I dont know)

And you comment the free picks? J.Jones have always said that the handicapers almost never play themself because that are not so good plays?
    Best regards Mikke
