Jack’s Free Sports Picks: 7/1
Written July 1, 2009 by Jack Jones
2-1 yesterday with both the Giants and D-Backs coming through. 20* falls short in extra innings, but the Giants +180 helped make up for it. Wednesday I have a total of 4 premium plays, including a 20* No-Brainer Best Bet going at 7:05 PM EST. First game in today’s premium package starts at 3:10 PM EST. Grab my package now at the Jack Jones home page or take a look at some of the baseball picks being released by our other top handicappers.
Free Premium Picks: I’m going to take a little break from the comment for a free pick offer. Instead I’m going to release one of my premium picks as the free pick over the next couple of days. The comment offer will be back shortly! You are still more than welcome to comment on today’s pick, I appreciate the feedback.
Free Pick for Wednesday
So I know I’ve had this disclaimer about the free picks being the weakest plays and that I don’t play them, but I really put 1% of my bankroll on these games in comparison to 3-4% on the regular and BEST BETS. I just don’t want people getting ridiculous on the free picks when they aren’t intended to be the highest percentage of winners that I offer.
You can find more great winners every day by visiting our sports betting forum. Handicapper Steve Janus won the college football title here at the site, and he’s giving away all of his baseball plays for FREE in the forum.
15* on Rockies/Dodgers UNDER 8.5 at SportsInteraction
Grab the under with two solid starters on the mound as the Dodgers host the Rockies. Colorado starter, Jason Hammel, has been very good this season away from the hitter-friendly Coors Field, earning a 2.35 ERA and 1.20 WHIP in 6 road starts this season. Clayton Kershaw, tonight’s starter for the Dodgers, has been one of the best pitchers in baseball when he throws at home, and even better in his last 3 starts. Starting in LA, Kershaw has a 2.06 ERA and 1.19 WHIP, and is sporting a 0.96 ERA and 1.25 WHIP in his last three appearances. Neither offense here has been playing well lately, making this game a prime ‘Under’ candidate.
CBB: 51-36
NBA: 26-38
NHL: 4-0 (+665)
CFB: 3-1
NFL: 4-1
MLB: 27-36 (-1293)
I also post my free picks on Twitter so if you follow me there it may be easier to get the picks if you are away from your computer and stop by every day for more free baseball picks from top handicappers.
