Jay Todd is beginning his quest to become the world’s most well-known sports handicapper in the world. He handicaps anything from college football, the NFL, NBA, NCAA basketball, baseball and Triple Crown horse racing. Last college football season, he hit 65% betting on each and every game on the season.
