Jay Todd offers one of his free sports picks for Tuesday, but remember you can find his top plays only by signing up at his homepage. Todd is 11-0 this year when putting 8* or more on one of his college basketball picks and tonight he has another one of these monster plays going. He also has three NBA picks on tonight’s card and he is 16-6 on his last 22 on the hardcourt after a perfect 3-0 night last night.

Take the Knicks -2.5

The Knicks enter this game with the Thunder coming off their biggest win of the season. New York dominated the World Champion Celtics the last time they took the floor. Look for them to continue to play solid basketball against the NBA’s worst in Oklahoma City, as they already hold a 10-point win over them. New York is one of the highest-scoring teams in the NBA. They play a fast paced style of basketball and love to run the floor and shoot from behind the arc. Oklahoma City has one of the worst defenses in the league as they allow well over 100 points per game. In game one between these two, the Knicks dropped 116 points. Wilson Chandler has really stepped his game up for the Knicks. He is coming off a 31-point night and is providing New York will great inside presence. Combine that with the Knicks outside shooting and you have a dangerous offensive team. Look for the Knicks to build off their big win against Boston. Play New York -2.5 over Oklahoma City.

What dork would ever bet the Knicks would win a game? The crappy Thunder won 107-99. You’ll need to find a much worse team than that for the Knicks to be favored.
