When you need a break from gambling and are looking to get refreshed, check out our Las Vegas restaurants to enjoy the best dinning experiences. The staff at Bodog have came up with some of the top choices on the Las Vegas strip. Some of the best chefs in the world can now be found at these massive and expensive hotels.

There are a bunch of reasons why people head to Las Vegas. There’s gambling, shows, the fact that you can stumble around with a beer and you won’t get arrested. Now there is the food. The tradition of fine dining in Las Vegas is a long one and it’s only getting better. Join us as Bodog takes you through some of the very best in dining experiences that Las Vegas has to offer.

Nobu at Hard Rock Cafe Hotel

You might not expect one of the world’s best sushi restaurants to be tucked away at the Hard Rock Cafe Hotel in Sin City but it is. The food here is absolutely great. If you’re one of those non-sushi-eating types then rest assured that there’s a dish for everyone here. You may have to take out a second mortgage to pay for it, but it will definitely be worth it.

Nobu is co-owned by master chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa and actor Robert DeNiro. The head chef is Masaharu Morimoto of Iron Chef fame. So if you’ve just come off a winning spree at the blackjack table and you’ve got a couple drinks in you, it might be a good idea to stroll into Nobu and challenge Morimoto to a cook off.

The food is a combination of traditional Japanese with Peruvian and Argentinean flavors. Matsuhisa signature dish is the black cod in miso, but making choices off this menu is like shooting at the broad side of a barn with a sawed-off shotgun; even if you’re drunk you still won’t miss.

Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare – Wynn

If you’re looking for a fusion of a gorgeous atmosphere and outstanding food, then we have found your restaurant. While it is on two floors and has a boisterous bar and a somewhat cold dining room, the outdoor patio is beautiful.

Bartolotta is an authentic Italian restaurant specializing in seafood, all of which is flown into Las Vega straight from the Mediterranean Sea via FedEx. While the menu does have non-fish options, unless you like seafood you might as well go somewhere else. Although Bartolotta does have a killer 18-ounce rib-eye in sangiovese wine sauce, steak lovers should probably go with Smith & Wollensky. The wine list is also extensive with 700 all Italian selections.

Once again, you get what you pay for, so expect a meal to run you around $40 - $50. If you’re going to the Bodog Marketing Conference (and why wouldn’t you be?), it’s good to know eats this good are just down the stairs.

Burger Bar – Mandalay Bay

If you want to experience the ultimate burger then this is the place.

With its $2-million interior, we don’t really know how this is classified as a Burger Joint. This is a classy place where the art of burger making is taken to its peak. Every booth has its own television so you won’t even have to be burdened with talking to anyone while you wait for your food.

You can order from your table or build your own monstrosity at the burger bar, complete with all sorts of whacky goodness including fried eggs, prosciutto and grilled lobster. You start with an $8 patty of your choice (Ridgefield Farm beef, Kobe beef, Colorado lamb, turkey or vegetarian). Then you order the toppings of your choice with prices ranging from 25 cents to $12.

RENOIR - Mirage Hotel

Okay so here it is. Renoir is the most expensive price wise, but it’s also arguably the best restaurant in Las Vegas.
The decor is pretty amazing as it’s filled with original works by impressionist painters, mostly by the restaurant’s namesake in Renoir.

The service is exceptional, the food is perfect, the wine list is beyond reproach, and for the money here you could probably buy your own restaurant in Kansas.

Renoir is definitely for the discerning palate, so if foie gras in a ginger pineapple reduction with a pineapple chip, and turbot in a cream/spring pea sauce doesn’t sound like your idea of heaven you might want to take your money to the Burger Bar where you’ll be able to buy 10 Kobe beef burgers topped with lobster and a fried egg for the same price.

Smith & Wollensky - 3767 Las Vegas Blvd.

Here you can find the best steak in the world so what else do you need?

Smith & Wollensky is legendary for a reason. Its atmosphere is pure steak house, but that’s hardly relevant. The food here is perfect. There’s an outstanding “Old Butcher Style” filet mignon and a big Brooklyn porterhouse served for two or if you’ve had enough to drink you could take it on yourself, although we strongly advise against this if you do not like feeling bloated. Beyond the perfect steaks there is a limited menu of things like Maryland crab cakes, lamb chops and a famous pork shank with applesauce.

S&W has a late-night grill attached to it that has food made from the same kitchen so you’ll be able to take on this amazing grub as late as 3 am.

If you are making a trip out to Vegas this year then you are going to need to eat. You can book reservations at top Las Vegas restaurants here.
