NBA Picks 1/25/08

It wasn’t pretty, but New Jersey took care of business enough for us to get the W last night. Let’s ride that success with one more winner for Friday night’s action.
Seattle Sonics +2.5
Seattle beat the Hawks in a high scoring game back in November and Atlanta is just 4-14 ATS when revenging a home loss to an opponent the last two years. We know that the Sonics appear to be in a real funk right now, losing 12 straight games, but they have covered in their last two and more importantly Seattle is 9-0 ATS playing at home after suffering six or more straight SU losses over the last ten seasons. The public is going to be all over the Hawks, but we are riding the home dog in this one tonight.
