Editors Note: Jason Lowry has a premium play going on the Browns Ravens game this weekend, and you can get it today with every other NFL week 9 play.
This weekend the Baltimore Ravens will look to make it a perfect 2-0 against the Cleveland Browns, as the two teams hook up for the 2nd time this season. The Ravens controlled the game in the last one winning 28-10, but the Browns have started playing much better football over the last few weeks. In fact both teams come in winning 2 out of their last 3, and the oddsmakers seem to think this one is going to come down to the wire, as Cleveland comes in just 1.5 point favorites over the Ravens at Bookmaker.com
The Ravens had no trouble last week taking care of business against the Raiders, as they took turns with a trio of backs to pound the football with the run. Joe Flacco had a pretty average day throwing the football for just 140 yards, but did hook up with Demetrius Williams for a 70 touchdown. Flacco struggled last time against the Browns throwing 2 interceptions, as they focused on the run in that one as well. Look for much of the same again this time, but the Ravens might not be able to overcome those turnover this time around.

The Ravens defense is one of the best defenses you will find in the league, and last week they made easy work of the Raiders allowing just 47 yards on the ground, and forcing an interception of Russell as well. Last time the Ravens keyed off on 3 Anderson interceptions, and its going to be interesting to see if they can have that same kind of success this weekend. Bet Ravens +1.5 at Bookmaker.com
Now Dereck Anderson might of just had a bad day against the Ravens last time around, as he has only thrown 1 interception since that game, and zero in the last 3 games. With Braylon Edwards continuing to get more involved, we wouldn’t be surprised to see these too guys hook for a big day this weekend. Lewis only ran for 56 last time against the Ravens, but he might be able to increase those numbers if the Browns can put some long drive together against this tough defense.
The Browns defense has really played well over the last 3 weeks giving up just 45 points and not letting anyone score more than two TDs. The defense played well enough to win the week before against the Redskins, but the offense was no where to be found. Last week the defense was at it again holding the Jaguars to just 17 points, and really did a good job shutting down the Jags running game. Garrard actually had the most rushing yards with 59, but they shutdown the duo of Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew to just 53 yards on 20 carriers. The Ravens will try and run against this defense, this week and how the Browns respond will likely determine who wins this game. Bet Browns -1.5 at Bookmaker.com
