Baltimore Ravens at Indianapolis Colts Football Odds & NFL Picks

The Baltimore Ravens head to Indianapolis to take on the Colts this Sunday. Baltimore is coming off a tough loss against the Titans and the Colts are coming off an unbelievable come from behind win against Houston. The early odds at Sportsbook.com show the Colts as a 4.5 point favorite over the Ravens with the total set at 38.5.

Peyton Manning has gotten off to a very slow start this year, but look for him to be focused and ready to go against Baltimore’s defense. Baltimore does have one of the best defenses out there, but we are talking about Peyton Manning here. Manning is 5-2 lifetime against the Ravens and has thrown 13 touchdowns in those seven games. Look for him to have another solid outing once again.

The Colts defense finally came alive last week when they forced three turnovers in the final minutes against Houston. There is no doubt the Colts have a top defense, they just need to go out and show it. Watch for this week to be the week. Baltimore has been below average on offense this year. Rookie Joe Flacco has thrown just one touchdown and has tossed four interceptions. Look for Tony Dungy to come after the young quarterback, forcing him to make bad decisions.

Baltimore’s rushing attack hasn’t been that good this year either. Since his return from injury, Willis McGahee is averaging just 3.4 yards per carry. The Ravens as a team are averaging just below four yards per rush. Look for Indianapolis to finally stop a team from running the football.
