Fade Public Teams – You’ll notice this week that the media is going to fall in love with a few teams, both big schools and small. Don’t fall into the trap of getting on a team’s band wagon just because the major media outlets are smothering you with coverage. Senior Leadership – If a school is going to go deep in the tournament they are going to have to have leadership, and it helps if the experience comes in the backcourt. Strong guards will limit turnovers, beat presses, and handle half-court pressure.
