Utah State will try to extend their winning streak when they travel to face New Mexico State on the road. Utah State defeated Nevada Wolf Pack last week thanks to two 3rd quarter touchdowns and recovered a 4th quarter fumble to ensure their victory. Meanwhile New Mexico State was utterly annihilated by Louisiana Tech as they were held scoreless 44-0.

UTAH STATE
Utah State has made a living this past month winning the close one with four consecutive victories by a single score. In the process the Aggies have saved their postseason and look to enhance the resume’ with a win over New Mexico State. In their last game, they beat Nevada because of timely stops on defense and clutch plays on offense. The clutch score came by the end of the 3rd quarter as Stanley Morrison hit Robin Turpin for the 34 yard strike and the score to give the 21-17 lead and the game.

Following Hunter Lee’s 1-yard touchdown run, Adrien Cole intercepted a Travaughn Colwell pass and returned it 45 yards for a touchdown and a commanding 23-0 lead.
The Aggies are allowing opponents’ a 115th ranked 37.8 points/game. They are also scoring just a 77th ranked 24.8 points/game. They are 92nd on the rush with 123.3 yards/game while also passing for 274.9 yards/game.
