Vikings vs Lions NFL Recap Week 2 The Detroit Lions came into Sunday having lost 18 straight games dating back to the 2007 season. Peterson finished with 92 rushing yards for Minnesota and a score. Both Smith and Peterson lost fumbles, though, which is a sign that both are still young and each has to learn the importance of taking care of the football.
