Jack Jones is here to give you his free picks and leans for the NFL’s week 13. We will be leaving out the five game that we have premium picks on, but if you want those then just sign up for the NFL expert picks from our handicappers.
Arizona at Philadelphia -3 – With all of the drama that is going on between the head coach and quarterback for the Eagles, most people will be on the Cardinals here. I’m going with Philadelphia as this team is still pretty good. McNabb got his wake up call by being benched and last week’s blowout was over-inflated due to some costly second half mistakes. I’ll take the Eagles here.
Denver at NY Jets -7.5 – The Jets got the first win over the Tennessee Titans last week and it was no fluke. Denver may be leading the AFC West, but this team isn’t very good. I see the Jets winning big here.
New Orleans at Tampa Bay -3.5 – After the Saints looked so impressive against the Packers on Monday Night, the public will probably be on the Saints here. Not us however as we think that Tampa Bay is the better team.
NY Giants -3.5 at Washington – The Redskins really haven’t been that impressive over the last few weeks, while the Giants are looking nearly unstoppable. They continue to dominate the NFC with a win over Washington this week.
Baltimore -7 at Cincinnati – This was one of my free NFL picks this week, so I’m going to go with Baltimore again here in this article. The Bengals offense has trouble scoring against average defenses, so why would bettors think they are going to be able to manage against a great one. Baltimore has also proven they can score this season and are battling for a playoff spot.
Indianapolis at Cleveland +5 – The Browns have lost Brady Quinn for the season, but they are still playing at home and shouldn’t be getting this many points. The Colts snuck out a win over the Chargers on Sunday night, but that isn’t the same San Diego team we have seen in years past, and this isn’t the same Indianapolis squad either. Take the points.
Pittsburgh at New England -1 – How can you not like the Pats in this one? They are coming off a blowout win over the Dolphins and have looked good on offense the past couple of weeks. Pitt has played the last three weeks at home, and even though they are 4-1 on the road this year, I think New England needs this game more.
Kansas City +3 at Oakland – Don’t be fooled by the Raiders win last week at Denver as this team still isn’t very good. The Chiefs have been looking better each week, but it seems like turnovers have cost them and kept them from winning games. At 1-10, Kansas City isn’t great but they are better than their record shows so take the points here in this rivalry game.
Chicago at Minnesota UNDER 42.5 – While this game is a good old fashioned toss up on Sunday night football between two NFC North rivals, I do think that this game is a lot lower scoring than their first game which was a shootout in Chicago. I’m probably leaning toward the Vikings here, but in a low scoring game for sure.
